In December 2017 we completed and then evaluated the effectiveness of the implemented development projects that we have been working on since the summer of 2017.
Some of these projects include:
Change Management training, Mediation and Conflict Resolution training for the HR department of our client from the banking sector
Training and application workshop on Motivation and Work Team Development for board members and higher management on the B-1 level for our client from the banking sector
Leadership training program for branch managers of retail bank networks
Once again, we were pleased to receive positive feedback from both clients and participants in the training sessions.
